We may offer jewelry, bracelets, rings, metaphysical accessories, BaZi-related services, readings, consultation products, and digital or informational content. Product availability, pricing, descriptions, images, and specifications may change without notice. We may limit quantities or refuse orders where necessary.

Metaphysical and Advisory Content

BaZi readings, zodiac forecasts, feng shui comments, bracelet recommendations, and other metaphysical content are provided for personal insight, reflection, and entertainment. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and payment confirmation. If an order cannot be fulfilled, if a product is unavailable, or if we identify a pricing, stock, payment, or fraud issue, we may cancel or adjust the order and notify you. Payment must be completed through the available checkout methods.

Shipping, Customs, and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier schedules, customs clearance, public holidays, weather, destination restrictions, or peak periods. Customers are responsible for duties, taxes, import fees, and compliance with local import rules unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Returns, Exchanges, and Store Credit

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy. In general, approved returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery, items must be unused and in original condition, and approved refunds are generally issued as store credit unless we confirm otherwise. Customized, resized, worn, altered, clearance, promotional, digital, and service-based items may be final sale.

Sizing and Customization

Bracelet and jewelry sizing is prepared according to the information you provide. Please confirm measurements before ordering. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing information submitted by the customer. Resizing may be available at our discretion, and shipping or service fees may apply.

Promotions and Sale Items

Promotions, discounts, coupon codes, bundles, gifts, and sale events may be changed, withdrawn, or limited at any time. Promotional prices are valid only when properly applied during checkout. Sale and clearance items may be non-refundable and non-exchangeable except where required by law.
