This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through esotericisms.com. Please review it carefully before placing an order.
Shipping
We aim to process orders promptly on working days. Delivery times vary by destination, customs clearance, courier availability, and peak-season volume. Once an order has shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout where available.
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or import requirements imposed by their destination country. Product prices shown on the Site do not include destination duties or taxes unless expressly stated.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@esotericisms.com. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been processed, customized, packed, or shipped.
Returns and Exchanges
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your item. Please contact us before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Include your order number, name, contact email, item details, photos if relevant, and the reason for the request.
Approved returns must arrive in original, unused condition with original packaging, tags, certificates, gifts, and proof of purchase included. Items must not be worn, damaged, resized, altered, customized, blessed, engraved, repaired, or modified by any party.
Store Credit Policy
Approved returns and exchanges are generally handled through store credit unless we confirm otherwise in writing. Original shipping fees, payment processing charges, courier fees, customs duties, taxes, and other third-party charges are not refundable.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not provide refunds for change of mind, wrong size selected by the customer, refused delivery, uncollected parcels, unpaid duties or taxes, incorrect shipping information, delays outside our control, or products that are returned used, damaged, incomplete, customized, altered, or without approval.
Sizing and Resizing
Bracelet sizing is prepared based on the wrist size or option selected at checkout. Please provide wrist measurements carefully. If a bracelet does not fit, contact us and we will advise whether resizing is possible. Any courier or shipping costs for resizing are the customer’s responsibility unless we confirm that the issue was caused by our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or appears defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. After review, we may offer replacement, repair, exchange, or store credit depending on the situation and item availability.
Sale, Clearance, and Promotional Items
Sale, clearance, limited-promotion, customized, personalized, consultation, digital, and service-based purchases are final sale unless required by law or unless the item is confirmed by us to be defective.
Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or store credit where the request does not meet this policy, where the item is not in acceptable condition, or where we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, or policy abuse.
