Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to assist before the order is processed, customised, blessed, packed, or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfilment, we may not be able to cancel or change it.

Returns

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with any tags, certificates, pouches, or accessories included.

Approved returns must be shipped back within the timeframe provided by our customer support team. Items returned without prior approval may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items
